At Italia Belezza, your satisfaction is of utmost importance. If your purchase does not meet expectations, we are pleased to offer returns in accordance with the policy below.
Returns
We offer a 30-day return window from the date of delivery.
To qualify for a return, items must be:
- Unworn, unused, and in original condition
- Returned with all original tags attached
- In original packaging, including any accessories
- Accompanied by proof of purchase
Items that do not meet these criteria will not be accepted.
How to Initiate a Return
To request a return, please contact infosales@italiabelezza.com with your order number and reason for return.
If approved, you will receive:
- A prepaid return shipping label
- Instructions for returning your item

Damaged or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, notify us immediately so we may resolve the matter promptly.
Non-Returnable Items

- Personal care and beauty products
- Hazardous or flammable materials

Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. To receive a different item, please return your original purchase and place a new order once your return has been approved.
European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
For orders shipped to the European Union, customers have the right to cancel or return their order within 14 days of delivery, without providing a reason. Returned items must meet the eligibility conditions outlined above.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval status.
If approved:
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method
- Processing occurs within 10 business days
- Banks and credit card providers may require additional time to post the refund
