Returns
We accept returns within 15 days from the delivery date.
To qualify for a return, your item must be:
Unused, unworn, and in original condition
Returned in its original packaging, including dust bag, tags, and accessories
Items showing signs of use, wear, or damage will not be accepted.
Restocking Fee
All approved returns are subject to a 5% restocking fee, which will be deducted from your refund total. This fee covers inspection, repackaging, and processing costs.
How to Initiate a Return
To request a return, please contact us at infosales@italibelezza.com with your order number and reason for return. We will provide instructions and the return shipping address.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, you will receive an email notification regarding approval or rejection.If approved, your refund (minus the 10% restocking fee) will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days after processing.
